Valentine's Day Gift Guide: For Her

Ahhh, Valentine's Day! The day of love! The day of roses. And chocolates. And what else? Well, jewelry of course! If you are looking for a chic gift for your girl this year - look no further than BBB! We breakdown our top gifts for her this Valentine's Day this year from luxe to less!

Luxe
Tiffany Key Heart Pendant in Gold/ $850

The perfect "trendy" yet timeless gift from Tiffany's. The heart makes it romantic, the gold metal fashionable, and the little turquoise box? Priceless!

Lovely
Judith Ripka Pink Crystal and Pave Heart Earrings/ $325
PINK CRYSTAL AND PAVE HEART EARRINGS
Judith Ripka is literally the queen of hearts. For a very special Valentines Day gift, get her something from Ripka's sterling silver collection. We love the pink gemstones because not only are they perfect for this holiday, but they are ultra feminine and will compliment all of the Spring styles.

A little Something
Gorjana Alphabet Charm Bracelet/ $40
Personalization makes any gift special and this dainty sterling silver bracelet from Gorjana is the perfect little something for V-Day. This would even be a cute gift for a son/daughter to give to mom! Get mom the kids initials instead of their own for something really special!

Best Dressed - Golden Globes 2011

How good were the Golden Globes last night? So many of my favorites were nominated and won! Glee, The Social Network and Black Swan to name a few! The fashion was also spectacular with very few stars and starlets disappointing.

Huge trends we saw on the carpet included emerald green, nudes/blushes, pink and red! We also saw a return of more dainty jewelry, from intricate diamond netting like necklaces, and feminine diamond drop earrings.

Hair and makeup was also fierce, and continued the "vintage" trend. We saw alot of french twists and full, wavy ponys and coiffs. Red/coral lips ala the original Barbie Doll (or Mad Men) was all the rage!

Of course, we had a few favorites! So below, we breakdown our top three looks of the evening.

1. Anne Hathaway in Armani Prive
Anne Hathaway - Golden Globes 2011 Red Carpet

- Rocking the "Pink" and "Retro" trends
- With Vintage Van & Cleef Arpels Yellow Diamond Earrings and Cocktail Ring, Roger Vivier Clutch and Brian Atwood Platform Heels

2. Mila Kunis in Vera Wang
Mila Kunis - Golden Globes 2011 Red Carpet
- Rocking the Emeral Green trend
- With Judith Leiber Clutch and gorgeous Lorraine Schwartz gold and diamond leaf motif cuff and earrings

3. Olivia Wilde in Marchesa
GG Olivia Wilde
- Sparkling nude gemstones on her gown help her channel the "nude" trend
- With Tiffany & Co Citrine Earrings and Gold, fierce, Christian Louboutin Shoe Booties
Special Note: She'd be our number one, if she did a bigger earring or cuff. Needed something too accessorize the look just slightly...

The Daily Bling - Oscar Edition Day 5

Kate Winslet is always the epitome of hollywood glamour and it was no different at this year's Oscars. Kate's YSL dress was featured in one of the trend colors of the evening - regal metallic champagne.

But the real reason we LOVED Kate's look? Her necklace!!! I scoured that red carpet and I am pretty certain that Kate was the only major celeb at the awards who sported a statement necklace which really surprised me given the bold statement necklaces and chocker trend we have been seeing in ready to wear. I was so happy to see Kate actually do something different and pull it off flawlessly!

Kate's jewels are by classic designer, Tiffany & Co. Her statement necklace seen above had an antique feel and was encrusted with what else but BLING! Custom made and featuring gorg. 10 carat weight total yellow diamonds, this Tiffany & Co stunner is estimated at $2.5 Mill. This piece is only fit to be worn by a true movie star and we couldn't think of a better women than last year's Oscar star, great Kate!
